CAPE TOWN CUISINE ROUTE
With the incredible diversity of people in the city, you can imagine the kind of diversity of foods on offer. The Cuisine Route was designed to give guests the chance to explore the city through food. On this half day experience, you will sample the flavours and stories behind several of the different cultural foods of the city, from street food to chisa nyamas or hot meat bars to traditional home-cooked cuisine.
CAPE TOWN REGGAE ROUTE
Reggae has deep roots in Cape Town. It has been the music of political dissent. It has been the music of party-going pleasure. The songs of icons like Bob Marley and Peter Tosh still resonate strongly. The writings of Marcus Garvey continue to provide inspiration.
The Cape Town Reggae Route is a journey through the back stories of the emergence of the reggae movement in the 60s and 70s, a journey of discovery in reggae and Rastafarian culture in Cape Town.
CAPE SIDECAR EXPERIENCE
Depart from Cape Town after breakfast and head out on a leisurely drive towards the historical town of Stellenbosch. After a pleasant stroll through the town centre, all aboard your sidecar and head out over the Helshoogte Mountain pass for a spot of wine tasting at one of the many wine estates along the route. After the tastings, load up your wine purchases in the sidecar and onwards through Pniel, past Boschendal Wine Estate and onto Paarl.
After lunch head towards Paarl and onto Seidelberg wine estate for tasting and a visit to their glass-blowing studio. After the visit, it’s back on the sidecar and a leisurely return to the city with Table Mountain bathed in afternoon sunlight.
Take a helicopter flip from Cape Town to the Cape of Good Hope. View the Cape Peninsula from all angles before flying along the False Bay Coast and onto Cape Town. A truly unforgettable experience
